Who is Nora Roberts and why is she so famous?
It would be hard to find a writer as unpretentious as Roberts. She’s 61, of Irish-American stock, and still lives in the same house she moved in to as a newly wed teenager, aged 19. This despite her considerable wealth (she earns an estimated $60m a year) and her phenomenal success: in 2007, Time magazine chose her as one of only two writers in its 100 most influential people in the world (the other was Cloud Atlas author David Mitchell); she has won 19 Rita awards from the Romance Writers of America, the association’s highest accolade, as well as being inducted into its hall of fame; and she’s spent more than 893 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list – roughly 16 years.
She is probably the most successful novelist you’ve never heard of. She sells books like, well, they’re going out of fashion. Which of course they are, just not in Noraland. There are more than 400m Nora Roberts novels in print. Last year alone she shifted 10m books. Thirty-four Nora Roberts titles are sold every minute. And it’s not just her sales that are mindboggling, it’s also her output. She’s prodigious. A publishing sensation. By her own estimate, it takes her around 45 days to write a novel. And then she starts the next one. “Sometimes the house has to be shovelled out so I sometimes have a day before I start the next one,” she says. “But not usually longer than that.” The reason you probably haven’t heard of her is that Roberts writes what she refers to cryptically as “the big R”. Romance. All genres are scorned by literary types, but none more so than romance. In lit-land, it’s lower than crime, lower than horror, lower, even, than sci-fi. But then, it’s a genre written by women for women
Her first novel, Irish Thoroughbred was published in 1981…
She began to write during a blizzard in February 1979 while housebound with her two small boys. Roberts states that with three feet of snow, a dwindling supply of chocolate, and no morning kindergarten she had little else to do. While writing down her ideas for the first time, she fell in love with the writing process, and quickly produced six manuscripts. She submitted her manuscripts to Harlequin, the leading publisher of romance novels, but was repeatedly rejected. Roberts says, “I got the standard rejection for the first couple of tries, then my favourite rejection of all time. I received my manuscript back with a nice little note which said that my work showed promise, and the story had been very entertaining and well done. But that they already had their American writer. That would have been Janet Dailey.” Dailey would go on to be embroiled in a plagiarism scandal in which she eventually confessed to stealing some of Roberts’ work. In 1980, a new publisher, Silhouette books, formed to take advantage of the pool of manuscripts from the many American writers that Harlequin had snubbed. Roberts found a home at Silhouette, where her first novel, Irish Thoroughbred, was published in 1981.
This detailed case study into the Human Futurology Blueprint of author Nora Roberts reveals that this 1981 novel of hers synchronised perfectly with her 15//6 Career Number and therefore, much as we would love to think of her success as random, it isn’t, it is all happening according to a Grand Organised Design which is driven with and through her Intelligent Mathematical Blueprint, and the same applied to you too!
Let’s start unpacking her Intelligent Mathematical Blueprint [IMB]
Human Futurology Blueprint of author Nora Roberts: Her Birth Chart
Born on the 10th of October 1950, bestselling author Nora Roberts has:
- A number 17//8 Life Path sequence [TKS-LFP]: 10.10.1950 = 10+10+1950 = 1970 = 1+9+7+0 = 17 = 1+7 = 8; 1970//17//8. Her Karmic Year would have been 1970. The number 8 life path is the journey whose central themes are money, wealth, status, control, authority, material matters and trying to find a harmonious balance between the material world and the spiritual world (hence the number eight, when lying on its side, representing the infinity symbol, which is the flow of life between the material and spiritual, the known and the unknown, the conscious and the unconscious.
- A karmic debt 19//10//1 shadow or emotional life path sequence [TSS-LFP; 19//10//1].
- The number 10//1 (leadership, innovation, original creation, independence etc.) as her Personal Number [Birth DD: 10th = 10 = 1+0 = 1].
- The number 10//1 (same attributes) as her Family Number [Birth MM: October: 10 = 1+0 = 1].
- The number 15//6 (relationships, love, matters of the heart etc.) as her Career Number [Birth YYYY: 1950//15//6].
“Magic exists. Who can doubt it, when there are rainbows and wildflowers, the music of the wind and the silence of the stars? Anyone who has loved has been touched by magic. It is such a simple and such an extraordinary part of the lives we live.” Nora Roberts
IMPORTANTLY, in the unique to 365 Pin Code data-matrix below, this case study into the Human Futurology Blueprint of author Nora Roberts will reveal to you that her very first novel, Irish Thoroughbred, published in 1981, happened in a year which had as its Annual Experience Number (this is the unique number sequence which, if you will, themes or defines each year of our life’s journey) the sequence 15//6. 15//6 is her Career or World Number.
How do we know this? Here’s how: She was born in 1950 [Birth YYYY: 1950 = 1+9+5+0 = 15 = 1+5 = 6; sequence 15//6] therefore the sequence 15//6 (has as its central themes: relationships, love, responsibility, family, matters of the heart, community etc.) is her Career Number.
How amazing is it that that her career number should be perfectly in frame, defining the very year when her first novel was published? Truth be told, it is not amazing at all… Having built and analysed thousands of Intelligent Mathematical Blueprints, we now know that events like this are not random happenstance, they are in fact hardcoded at birth into our lifepath’s numerical blueprint. If you would like to see much more evidence of this in the lives of others international bestselling authors, then here is a library of our research case studies for you to engage with.
“When you find somebody you love, all the way through, and she loves you—even with your weaknesses, your flaws, everything starts to click into place. And if you can talk to her, and she listens, if she makes you laugh, and makes you think, makes you want, makes you see who you really are, and who you are is better, just better with her, you’d be crazy not to want to spend the rest of your life with her. (Carter Maguire)” Nora Roberts, Happy Ever After
Human Futurology Blueprint of author Nora Roberts: Her Life Path Data-Matrix
This is a 2D extract from the life path journey data matrix of Nora Roberts [Eleanor Marie Robertson; born 10th October 1950]; we have now developed our life path modelling so that it provides 8D views, but because of the size of the datasets, it is impossible to fit them into an article like this.
Focus on the 1981 data string of Nora Roberts
We want you to focus your attention on the 1981 data string of Nora Roberts. Can you see the LARGE 15//6? That is the unique number sequence (Annual Experience Number; AEN] that defined her life’s experience in 1981. As explained earlier, 15//6 is her Career or World Number, therefore it makes sense that something very significant, career wise, should happen to her in 1981, not so? Even more important, is that her 1981, has the sequence 15//6 presenting in concentrated format! What do we mean by this? We mean that 15//6 defines that year only and is not spread out over a few years, as is the case for example, in her life path journey from 1978 to 1980, these being three consecutive years which ALL have as their AEN, 22//4. Now, especially in the earlier years of one’s life, the sequence 22//4 is usually a very difficult one to navigate and almost always talks to years when the person experiencing this, feels confined, restrained, frustrated, and unfulfilled.
The number sequence 15//6 also bring Matters of The Heart [LOVE] into frame!
Although 15//6 aligns perfectly with her Career Number 15//6 (origin, explained above) it also talks to a year which introduces a very important, life path influencing event around her relationships, especially her marriage. Number 15 major arcana, is The Devil… If you are in a relationship, The Devil can be a sign that you or your partner are feeling trapped. It may indicate a loss of freedom brought on by becoming too engrossed in a relationship. The Devil shows that this level of co-dependence is unhealthy. You and your partner should take a step back and try to rediscover some interests outside the relationship. It can also signify that you or your partner may be suffering from mental health issues that are affecting the relationship. If this is the case, seek the help of a professional counsellor to assist you both during this time. The Devil Tarot card can be a sign of jealousy, envy, deception, dominance, cheating and in an extremely negative context abuse, violence or sexual assault. Look to supporting cards to confirm this. If you feel trapped in a relationship because of any form of abuse, remember you can free yourself of this situation, don’t let The Devil make you feel powerless. If you are single, The Devil can indicate sex without love. You may be having unfulfilling or even dangerous sexual encounters or allowing yourself to be used by people who do not care about you because you desperately want to be loved.
You doubt that life is happening according to a Grand Organised Design?
Earlier we mentioned that Nora Roberts’ shadow or emotional life path sequence was 19//1 and that her life path sequence was 17//8… Okay, so now focus your attention on the year she got married for the first time, 1968, and what AEN do you see defining her life path for that year? Yes, 19//1. Now look further down and study the AEN defining the year she got divorced… What AEN do you see for 1983? That’s correct, 19//1 again. Therefore 19//1 themed a powerful, independence, original-creation and self-leadership related journey in her life in 1968 [THE START], and 19//1 reappeared again in 1983 [THE END]; marriage and divorce – a lesson around independence and self-esteem etc. Coincidence? No coincidence!
Below is a table of every AEN theming her life from birth through to Age 100. We generate this from the unique life path mathematical model we have created; and know and remember this: the numbers are bulls-eye accurate! The most challenging part of all of this is learning to read and understand the numbers (because they tell a truly unique story about each of us and our journeys) so that how they are being interpreted is accurate… Her two life path numbers (the most important numbers in her numerical design because they bring with them life changing events), 17//8 and 19//1 shaped her life in:
- 1967 and 1968; 1983; 1990 to 1994; 1997; 2001 and 2002; 2004 and 2005; 2009
The 15//6 sequence that shaped her life in 1981, also played out in 1954 and will again play itself out in:
That’s the magic of human futurology! Now that there is hard proof that we all have an intelligent mathematical blueprint, what is required is a dedicated research unit which unpacks it to better understand it so that we can make more informed decisions about our future than is currently possible.
