- The Statutory Framework These terms are governed by the laws of [Queensland], Australia. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- Intellectual Property & Moral Rights The Tsaonin Archive, the Betwonium universe, and all “Entity Snippets” are the exclusive property of Amouré Kleu. We assert all Moral Rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
- User Conduct and Prohibited Acts You must not use the site in any way that causes damage or impairment of the “Structural Integrity” of the Tsaonin Archive. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Data mining, scraping, or “crawling” for AI training.
- Interfering with the “Firewall Stand” or security protocols.
- Indemnity You hereby indemnify Amouré Kleu and undertake to keep Amouré Kleu indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including legal expenses) arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amouré Kleu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or emotional distress) arising from your access to this fictional universe.
- Severability If any provision of these terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect.
