Extricating herself she has to reverse her steps to find a place to cross the dangerously fast-flowing river. Finding an old tinny she manages for a while before hitting a maelstrom in which she loses the tinny and nearly goes over the steep vertical edge above a gigantic waterfall drop. The roar of the water is deafening, yet within the noise, she hears the guidance of her grandmother and draws on her physical training received from Aedric. It is a moment of profound spiritual and physical transition, where Myrine must shed her terrestrial limitations to become a creature of pure, resonant energy.
